1. How do I book a reading?
Select the reading that suits you from the shop, check out, and I’ll reach out via email or Instagram for your question and context. You can also DM me first if you need help choosing.

2. What kind of questions can I ask?
Love, career, money, purpose, spiritual blocks — as long as it's something you're genuinely seeking clarity on. I don’t answer questions related to health, legal matters, or pregnancy.

3. How soon will I receive my reading?
Most readings are delivered within 24–72 hours. I’ll reach out if there’s any delay — I focus on quality, not rushing through.

4. What format are the readings in?
You’ll receive your reading in written format, sometimes with a voice message or image of the spread if it suits the message. I go by energy, not templates.

5. What decks do you use?
I primarily use the Thoth and Rider-Waite-Smith decks, depending on what the energy calls for. Sometimes both.

6. Can I ask about someone else’s feelings?
Yes, but respectfully — no spying for the sake of it. If it’s about love or understanding connection dynamics, it’s welcome.

7. Do you offer refunds?
No refunds. Readings require energy, time, and care. Make sure you're ready and clear before purchasing.

8. Will you tell me exactly what to do?
I won’t control your life, but I’ll read the energy honestly and help guide your awareness. You still have free will — that’s your power.

9. Is my reading private?
Absolutely. Everything you share and receive is kept confidential. Sacred space only.

10. Can I leave a review?
